Except that some might need more than even Lv 1 to create the needed replacement. It's designed that way so people with no crafting perks can still get top end mods. I can't do this, or at least I can't find a way to do this. So I want to remove the marksman's stock (leaving me with one unusable, stockless rifle and one hunting rifle marksman's stock mod) and put it into the rifle with the ported barrel so I have one amazing rifle with a marksman's stock and a ported barrel (I guess I can then attach the bad stock to the other rifle so I also have a mediocre rifle that I can sell). I want to combine tham so I have a marksman's stock and a ported barrel on one rifle. I have two hunting rifles, one with a marksman's stock and one with a ported barrel. There have been several times I want to fully remove a mod from a weapon leaving me with a usable mod and an unusable weapon, but I can't. I just want to check I'm not missing something obvious here.
